Wow. Вот и дождались. Я заранее прощу извинения, что так затянул с видео про свое питание. Тем неменее я вас уверяю, ничего необычного в нем нет, ну может быть), своеобразные заморочки есть.

Я стараюсь питаться максимально разнообразно каждый день. Конечно я уверен в том, что основа нашей жизнидеятельности, то как ты выглядишь, то как ты себя чувствуешь зависит на 70% от питания. Большую часть пища должна составлять растительного происхождения: крупы, овощи, фрукты. Я стараюсь покупать многие продукты у местных фермеров, т.к. в них намного меньше всеразличных концентратов, если они там есть вообще!

Также я очень люблю сладкое и ем его в достаточно больших количествах. Вредная пища также присутсвует в моем рационе, иногда этого просто хочется. Смотрите видео, надеюсь вы всё сами поймете!)
