Если эмоции подавлять, то возникает ментальная, а затем физическая катастрофа. Если расслабиться и идти публично на поводу эмоции – всех распугаешь и останешься один. Можно ли сознательно управлять эмоцией? Ну конечно нет. На то она и эмоция. Тогда чем управлять? Выход есть? //
