This is rolling funky, sexy and beautiful sundown music! Oldschool Rap in a sultrily modern boogie way, edited and Joashs strings heavenly disco-fied by a Cologne based soul-, boogie- and garage house connoisseur Chocolate Garage Productions, a true soul bon vivant, who is digging, colecting this whole music hemisphere since the early Eighties.
Russian native Sportloto, who already presented several remixes for Compost, recently the amazing slick one for Phreek Plus One „Passion", rebuild his hometown Izhevsk into a balearic city with palms and beach. Check out his forthcoming EP on Tirk. Last but not least another amazing remix is shaping up here from well known Woolfy (famous for his popular releases on DFA and Permanent Vacation as Projections). Slick groove in line with wadding pads. We in the office love all this tracks.

If you dont know Joash, check his beautiful album „ Dont Feat It, Fight It", which was released early summer 2011 on Compost. His music fuses dancefloor sounds and jazz rhythms with orchestral arrangements. The result is a deep and beautiful soundscape of strings, complex drum patterns and atmospheric electronics.
